it was exceptionally clean, and the people were especially helpful and amicable. the room was excellent and beautiful, included hypo-allergenic pillows. my room included an electric kettle and a fridge. i appreciated staying here.

The room was outstanding with central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel TV.
Reasonably clean place, staff was genuinely helpful and amiable. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Location so close to the Old Port, the main parts of Genova and city centre.

Having a wake-up service in my triple room was a nice surprise - it got me up and going on time. Plus, I totally didn't expect the garden view, but it was such a refreshing bonus! 🌿.
